Support is required to deliver the following: • Alignment of Cost Intelligence and Reference Road datasets; • Alignment of MST and PMF Performance Management Tools; • Training of new staff recruited to Highways England Cost Intelligence Team; • Support new Highways England staff develop “Actual Cost” capability; • Begin development of NDD Cost Intelligence capability to same standard as MP; • Support Highways England in answering queries/ data requests/ advice based on intelligence gathered thus far...
