Abandoned Vehicles
Under the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 and the Clean Neighbourhood and Environment Act 2005 the Authority has a responsibility to collect abandoned vehicles within its administrative area. Therefore the Authority is looking to re-tender a Contract to continue to provide this Abandoned Vehicle Service. The Service is required to cover the following: i.
