Environmental Enforcement Services for Torbay Council

In order to reduce environmental crime and anti-social behaviour, Torbay Council is seeking an appropriately qualified / accredited organisation to issue Fixed Penalty Notices on its behalf, to offenders who are seen breaking the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, in the streets, parks, beaches and open spaces within Torbay.
