Perseid Upper School roof works

Works comprise the strip up and renewal of roof system to isolated flat roofs at Perseid Upper School, Morden. The current sedum and single ply flat roofs have failed with various signs of patch repairs and poor detailing present. The Contractor will be expected to closely liaise with the site Caretaker in good time prior to works commencing and on a regular basis once on-site.
