Support for GGSS and BUS Budget Tracker Amendments

Ofgem has previously had a bespoke budget tracker created which supports the accurate budget management of Green Gas Support Scheme (GGSS) applications within the scheme and supporting standard operating procedure (SOP) for usage of the calculator.
