PHE_Scientific - Chlamydia Pgp3 antibody testing

A bespoke assay for chlamydia antibodies has been developed by Imperial that PHE has used for previous chlamydia seroprevalence studies. We used this assay for several studies of chlamydia seroepidemiology. One of these studies, published in PLOSOne in 2013 (Horner, Soldan et al), used the PHE Sero-Epidemiology Unit archive of serum specimens to end 2010.
