Colville Phase 2 & 3, UKPN Removal and Replacement of Sub Station

Colville Phase 2 and 3 comprises the development of 307 new homes. Both form part of the overarching masterplan to regenerate the entire estate. The schemes are subject to a range of utility diversion works including relocation of the electric substation at Harwood Court which will facilitate its imminent demolition. This Award is to procure the removal of this substation and intermediate relocation at a site agreed with planning and highways along Penn Street.
