Special Chemistry Laboratory Consumables

The Special Chemistry department provides services which include the screening for and quantitation of drugs (therapeutic and abused) in different matrices. The department utilises chromatographical methods for analysis and different methods of extraction including solid phase extraction to prepare samples for analysis. The department uses Bond Elut Certify Cartridges (SPE Cartridges) for the solid phase extraction of drugs in Blood, Vitreous, Bile and Tissue Samples prior to analysis.
