Harlow Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations able to undertake asset and insurance valuations in respect of the Council's non-housing property portfolio. The Council has a diverse property portfolio which includes shops, offices, a crematorium, a theatre, various sports facilities and community buildings, parklands, municipal properties and garages.
