T0119 Roads Development Advice

Highways England have procured specialist technical consultancy services to provide roads development advice. The support will consist of a number of deliverables supporting Highways England including; - Development of a number of scenarios to assist with comparative exercises with various operating models - Gathering existing data and models as supporting evidence for the various scenarios Collation of the gathered information into outputs analogous to early phase (PCF 0) to allow for comparison only
