Evaluation of Recent Merger Decisions

Externally commissioned research to evaluate past merger decisions with a particular focus on assessing entry and expansion. We have chosen to focus on merger clearances, and will use the evaluation to understand whether our approach to entry and expansion has been correct in the context of merger decisions at phase 1 and 2.
