Wycombe District Council invites tenders for an HR System, to include licencing, implementation, maintenance and hosting of the system. The Council envisages a contract with a three year term and an option of two 12 month extensions Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
