GB-London: T1236 Rail Emissions mitigation - incentivisation feasibility study

RSSB intends to procure research that is proposed to assess the feasibility, and potential criteria and mechanisms of an incentivisation scheme for rail, helping to ensure that should such a scheme be introduced, rail is able to steer the direction appropriately.
