Hull Outreach Service (Rough Sleepers)

Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the provision of a contract to secure a revised Hull Outreach Service for rough sleepers.The Authority is conducting the procurement using an open non EU procedure under the light touch regime.
