Leeds City Council is making available a second funding opportunity for Large Vehicle operators of Non-Schedule Bus & Coach (NSB&C) to submit grant applications for financial support to upgrade non-compliant (below Euro VI diesel) prior to the implementation of the Leeds Clean Air Charging Zone (CAZ) in 2020. Non-compliant vehicles will be charged £50 per day to drive in the CAZ.
