Extend our reach beyond Tokyo and Osaka to identify and unlock new commercial opportunities in second-tier cities and their hinterlands. Until October 2016 we had no presence outside the country's two largest cities, in contrast to our main competitors and the UK's larger networks in the US, China, Germany and France.
