GB-Street: Void Properties - 2024 -2026 - Framework Contract

To complete repairs to Void DAMHA properties with an estimated cost exceeding £5,000 inc VAT, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract.
