SCC Time to Change (Mental Health Anti Stigma & Discrimination Programme)

Surrey County Council's Public Health Improvement Service has been running a local version of the Time to Change Programme since 2014. Time to Change is a national campaign which aims to reduce stigma and discrimination around Mental Health issues, as well as improve access to support individuals.
