HMCTS Reform Evaluation: Quick Scoping Review of Infrastructure Reforms (TA3)

This commission focuses on Thematic Area 3 (TA3) (Infrastructure), which encompasses reforms to the court estate, IT infrastructure, and data systems, including the decommissioning of legacy systems and modernisation of Courts and Tribunals Service Centres (CTSCs).
