Developing a Strategic Approach to Modern Methods of Construction

There are three specific objectives of this Contract: 1. To understand the applicability of MMC techniques to the EA's infrastructure, including expected associated benefits and dis-benefits, and to identify opportunities for the EA to increase use of MMC techniques.
