9596 Support services for annual programme of events delivered by Norwich City Council

Norwich City Council (the Administering Authority) is seeking to create a contract framework of up to five suppliers in each of the following service categories to provide it's event support services for up to 4 years (2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years) from 1 April 2017.
