Measured Term Contract - Mechanical Works

The Trust are looking to appoint Measured Term Contractor(s) to undertake various Mechanical refurbishment/alteration/upgrade works of an isolated nature across a number of their existing facilities. They are seeking to appoint the Contractor(s) on a minimum three year basis with the option to extend the commission for a fourth and possibly a fifth year.
