Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (MWDA) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified, experienced and registered Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC) ground investigation contractors to undertake Preliminary Contamination Risk Assessments at several of the Authority's operational waste management facilities.
