Sheltered Housing - Master restricted suited locks and keys

Due to operational and security requirements, we need to replace current 'suited' locks & keys to 11 sheltered scheme properties (listed below), with new 'master restricted suited' locks and keys to all flats and some ancillary fire doors to these properties.
