The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 places a statutory duty on Warwickshire County Council (WCC) as a tier 1 local authority to identify demand for Safe Accommodation and Support, develop and publish a Safe Accommodation Strategy and commission / provide Safe Accommodation and Support to meet need.
