Tender for Subscribed Garden Waste Permit Stickers and Printing Capability Sandwell Borough Council subscribed garden waste collection service was approved by Cabinet in November 2022. The pilot scheme introduced March 2023 with approximately 40,000 subscribers who are identified from a sticker affixed to their 240L garden waste bin lid.
