EDC008/2015 PROGRAMME FOR 0-19 YEARS (AND UPTO 25 YEARS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES)

Tenders are invited for the provision of an integrated Healthy Child Programme 0-19 years, and up to 25 years for those with a Special Educational Need or Disability. The programme will be universally offered to the 36,000 children and young people residing in Middlesbrough, in addition to pregnant women and families.
