Consultancy - Service Improvement Training and Facilitation

The OD & Culture Programme Board are seeking to procure an introductory development programme based on service improvement tools, models, techniques and approaches. The aim of the programme is to provide participants with the basic skills and knowledge needed to design and implement incremental improvements.
