The Department of Energy and Climate Change (âDECCâ) wishes to appoint a Supplier to undertake a project to provide evidence of the impact of the principal grassland management approaches under UK conditions on soil organic carbon stocks so that we can publish an inventory which reflects changes in UK carbon stocks and be sure that the inventory is compliant with the IPCC requirements.
