Personal Resilience Programme

ONS is developing a six month personal resilience program for roll out across the organisation. The purpose of the program is to provide ONS staff with long-term mental health support that will build their resilience to stressful situations and changing environments. The program design will encourage the creation and maintenance of new habitual behaviours.
