TS14053 - Supply of Mobile Video Traffic Data Collection Equipment, Hosted Processing and Reporting Solution and Associated Services

The Council wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier for an end to end Solution to purchase traffic and pedestrian count data collection hardware for deployment by Council employees and a seamless automatic enumerating/data processing service for the raw data collected.
