Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement to offer a regional smoking cessation scheme to NHS staff. The scope of the requirement is to supply refillable e-cigarette devices including replacement coils and nicotine salt vape liquids at 3 time points in a 12 week time period direct to the end user's home.
