WDC - Provision of Seasonal Lights for Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town in the heart of England that has a made a long-standing commitment to delivering high quality illuminations throughout the seasonal period, which usually runs from the Sunday after Remembrance Sunday until 5th January.
