1069 Essex Household Waste Composition Analysis

Essex County Council (ECC) wishes to undertake a full baseline compositional analysis of residual waste at both kerbside and Recycling Centres for Household Waste to inform key strategic decisions in relation to future service provision and the design of behaviour change interventions.
