TROO0418 TransPennine Route Upgrade Evaluation Scoping Study

The TRU programme is a full route modernisation of the North TransPennine Route (NTPR). The NTPR is the primary east-west rail link across the North of England, from York to Manchester via Leeds and Huddersfield. The TRU is a major rail infrastructure enhancement programme.
