North Essex Garden Communities Concept Frameworks

Colchester, Braintree and Tendring Councils together with Essex County Councils need to produce three ‘Concept Frameworks’ in relation to three separate Garden Communities that are being proposed as part of emerging Local Plans across North Essex.
