Baiter Gardens Electrical Renewal - Electrical Heaters and Communal Lighting

This contract is aimed to cover the rewiring of the communal lighting, and heating to the common areas throughout one of our sheltered housing schemes. This upgrade will include replacements of electrical heaters and light fittings. The objective of this project is to upgrade the lighting and heating to the common areas, with more energy efficient fittings.
