Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Surveys for Defra

Carry out decarbonisation surveys for Defra across 22 sites to ensure an application is submitted in time for PSDS 3b The primary objective is to identify projects that are eligible for the PSDS scheme. However, we will carry out the low carbon surveys to fit into Defra's wider decarbonisation strategy.
