Provision of activities, services and business plan for Tintern House, Stevens Park, Quarry Bank

Dudley Council wishes procure an organisation to work with the Friends of the Park and project team to offer development and training for volunteers, some of whom will have learning needs or mental health issues. The training programmes will need to be in horticulture and food production, together with catering in a café based in the building.
