Purchase of Cold Magnetic Shielding for the Hi-Lumi DQW Crab Cavities

Lancaster University would like to procure 11 Cold Magnetic Shielding for the Hi-Lumi DQW Crab Cavities in two separate phases. Phase one is the initial purchase of 2 of the shields with an expected phase two (subject to funding) set for later in the year for the remaining 9 Cold Magnetic Shields.
