P0480 - Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust (BMHT) - Off-Site Manufactured Housing - Market Engagement

Birmingham City Council will commence the procurement of a supplier to deliver up to 94 off-site manufactured homes following the completion of the market engagement period. It is anticipated that the procurement activity will take place from December 2020 onwards. The Council is preparing to launch its BMHT Off-site Manufactured Housing development programme in late 2020.
