Carpet and Laminate Installation Services 2018 - 22 - AWARD

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to provide carpet and laminate installation services to empty and newly tenanted properties. This includes measuring, fitting, door strips, shaving and rehanging doors where required, grippers and removal of all rubbish.
