London Borough of Hillingdon (thereinafter referred to as "Hillingdon") wishes to appoint a Main Contractor to provide Design and Build services for refurbishment of parts of an existing building at Grange Park Junior School, Lansbury Drive, Hillingdon, UB4 8SF.
