Building Regulations Approved Documents

This is a contract for the publication of the Building Regulations Approved Document by RIBA Enterprises (RIBAe). The contract operates with a 75:25 gain share agreement - a 25% royalty paid to DCLG as a proportion of the net revenue received by RIBAe on sales of Approved Documents (net revenue is gross sales less any trade or other discounts).
