Rugby Borough Council is seeking to establish a framework of Fencing Contractors to support the in-house provision of social housing maintenance for a minimum of 2 years from 1st July 2015. Selected Contractors awarded on to the Fencing Framework will provide responsive repairs and maintenance and small improvement works for housing.
