The Council is seeking to establish a framework of Plumbers (non-Gas) to support the in-house provision of social housing maintenance for a minimum period of 2 years from 1st July 2015. Selected Contractors awarded on the Plumbers (non-Gas) Framework will provide responsive repairs and maintenance and small improvement works for housing.
