Community Postural Stability Instructor (PSI) Exercise Classes

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking a single provider (or single consortium) to deliver a ‘Community Postural Stability Instructor Exercise Class’ service (“PSI Service”) for Southend. There is a strong evidence base for postural stability exercise programmes in the prevention of falls. Exercise programmes should target strength, balance, flexibility, or endurance.
