Repairs Service to Leasehold and Lettings Properties

Midland Heart is seeking to appoint a contractor (or contractors) to carry out the repairs service to our Leasehold and Lettings properties. The current service delivers circa 500 responsive repairs each year including repairs to communal areas of 50 blocks of apartments and to 480 individual properties.
