Refurbishment of Divern House - a resource for care leavers

Carefree Cornwall was established in 2005 by a group of 6 young people and one youth worker. We are a local Cornish charity seeking to help young people with care experience have good lives, through positive relationships, support at times of transition and through having a voice.
