Uttlesford District Council (UDC) is looking for an experienced Building Contractor to remodel a poorly designed Sheltered Housing Scheme, comprising 26 x 1 bedroom flats (owned by the Council) and to provide a modest two storey extension. The site is located to the east of Saffron Walden Town Centre, at the junction of Radwinter Road and Chaters Hill.
